What’s your name and where do you live? Darlene Hersh. Shelton,WA When did you start listening to TBTL? How did you find the show? About 2 months before being fired from KIRO Radio. I’d only discovered this fun & quirky show, with quirky Luke, Jen & Seany, for it to be taken away, then for it to it be resurrected in Luke’s house, with StickCam too! How would your friends describe you? Very sarcastic but also kind & welcoming. What was your favorite cereal when you were a kid?Is it still your fav? Cap’n Crunch W/Crunch Berries. Now I have a Tillamook Yogurt, but maybe once a year. I’ll buy the 8 pack mini boxes of the sugary cereals. It’s a great way to enjoy the cereals of our past, but I do miss the foil bag. Now of course it’s plastic. Back then you were able to open the box lengthwise, and you could cut along the perforated section with a steak knife, so you could then pour milk right into the foiled box & eat. What food do you love to eat the most of? Now that I’m almost 60, all has changed. I will say, I absolutely love dining out, and restaurants must have a beautiful view…and I always sit outside on the deck during our very short warm weather months in PNW. I do eat, almost nightly, delicious salads with great crunchy toppings. Love a medium rare steak (shared with husband) and of course, seafood, especially salmon, cod, halibut, shrimp & clams. Maybe twice a year, a Big Mac Meal, but that’s it for fast food. What’s the best or worst nickname you ever had? I’ve never had a nickname, which I’m glad about. If you could play one song on TBTL, what would it be? Anything 80’s!! My two favorite songs are Margaritaville and Boys Of Summer, both heard on a warm summer day, windows must be down and singing along, very loud. What’s a special skill that you have? I make great Brunches! What’s a skill you *wish* you had? Playing the piano. If you were driving down the street and you saw Luke and Andrew on the sidewalk, what would you yell at them as you drove past? “THIS IS SPECIAL….THIS IS SPECIAL!” Can other Tens find you on social media?
